Terms of Service

Terms for public temporary mail, customer accounts, API access, SDK use, and manual subscriptions.

Acceptance

Using MailDrop means you accept these terms and the acceptable-use policy.

Public service

Public temporary inboxes are short-lived and should not be used for important, confidential, financial, medical, or permanent account recovery communications.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for your account, sessions, API keys, webhook secrets, and activity performed with your credentials.

Manual subscriptions

Paid activation, payment confirmation, renewal, extension, grace periods, cancellation, and reactivation are handled manually through WhatsApp and the administration dashboard. MailDrop does not automatically charge payment cards.

API and SDKs

Respect scopes, quotas, rate limits, ownership boundaries, and documentation. Source SDKs are provided as integration aids and remain subject to these terms.

Availability

MailDrop may change limits, domains, retention, and features to protect service stability and prevent abuse.
